Chef Adam Brown grew up in New York surrounded by friends and family which helped to cultivate his culinary talent. At a young age he knew he wanted to be a Chef. His extensive career began at the age of sixteen working in New York city and South Florida restaurants. He enrolled in the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
After graduating, he landed a job at one of Broward's Best restaurants, Sunfish Grill. Through the years he has cooked at top restaurants including Blue Water Grill, The Sundy House and Gotham City. Most recently he has worked with Burt Rapoport at many successful restaurants. He helped open Jazziz Bistro and Bogarts Bar and Grill.
Chef Brown is extraordinarily pleased to be spearheading Henry's kitchen. He truly enjoys creating delicious dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients and showcase his New American cuisine.
Currently, he lives in Boynton Beach with his wife Robyn and daughter Harper. Chef Adam appreciates music, wine and a good Yankees game. He is passionate about food and always wants to keep learning.
